Your first appointment includes a 30‑minute initial assessment with a full consultation, physical examination, and diagnosis. Your physiotherapist will explain your condition clearly and provide a personalised treatment plan, including realistic timelines for recovery.
Physiotherapy is designed to reduce pain, not increase it. Some therapeutic techniques involve mild discomfort as part of the healing process, but our physiotherapist will always work at a pace comfortable for you and communicate clearly throughout.
This depends on your condition, severity and recovery goals. Many patients see significant improvement in 3–6 sessions. Our physiotherapist will give you a realistic estimate during your initial assessment with no pressure to continue.
